Here is a tutorial that is centered mostly around using and perfecting the popular Copic Markers. It is extremely detailed and answers many questions you might have of how to use them in a beautiful softer fashion.

It explores the use of graphite lead, regular pencils, colored pencils, Inking pens, multiple kinds of markers, paint, and watercolor! For a list of exactly what the artist used just read their comments below the tutorial. There are so many tips and helpful hints in this tutorial, but since it has such a broad range of materials it does not have a ton of info on them all. I would say it focuses on the markers most because that media is used the most in this picture. Something I find very helpful in this particular tutorial is all of the advise
